Description

EDIT no 2: Wooow, my second Daily Deviation! And on my first serious coloured pencil drawing! :wow: I can't thank enough lovely and talented zidaria for suggesting it and sweet ArtByCher, girls, I'm eternally grateful for your invaluable support! :huggle: It made my day!

EDIT: many people thought it is a photo, not a drawing, that's why I'm updating this deviation

About the drawing

Well, folks, this is my first multicoloured work 100% done with coloured pencils - apart from this one [link] - however, I have never covered so much area of a paper with this medium before ! I decided that it'd have not been a good idea to choose a human face for the first attempt, and, luckily, I recalled having this pictures of sneakers saved on my PC in "Wanna draw" folder :giggle:
Anyway, it took me a few months to complete this drawing. I really dislike the background [I must improve drawing blurry things], but I'm glad how the sneakers turned out. Hope you like them, too :aww:

stunning artwork! makes me thought of this as photography at first <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/b/b…" width="15" height="15" alt=":D" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="366" title=":D (Big Grin)"/>
indeed the shoes were very realistic. the one that gave it away as color pencil were the background. after a very close inspection that is...
this is a suggestion, feel free to reject it, but i think it would be more believable if the background were white, but you still give shades under and behind them, like product posters we see nowadays!
when i first see this, i thought of the big shoe as a daddy and the little one its baby, so its like a sweet family time! could sell as father's day poster don't you think? lol
